Aventura also has self heating soups. Those are nice during the winter on a hike. And they have a self heating mulled wine that is pretty good actually.

Simon and Seafort's in Anchorage is absolutely phenomenal. Get the Halibut Cheeks. Also the drive between Anchorage and Seward is one of the most amazing drives I've ever taken. Make sure you go at high tide, because the low tide actually empties the inlet and all you see is mud.
